I have a love hate with series'. I love them because if book one is something I've fallen in love with, I don't want to let the characters go. Hate them because I read so many book series' that I can't keep up!! Not necessarily a bad problem to have,  I don't think.

Rock Hard is book two of the Sinners of Tour series. I really enjoyed book one, Backstage Pass, so I was looking forward to see what the Sinners guys were up to. Sinners is a band of delicious rock Gods; Sed Lionheart is their badass lead singer with womanizing ways. Once upon a time Sed had his heart broken and has been surly since.

Jessica is a law student, and she just so happens to be the former girlfriend of rocker Sed. When she revealed her dream to go to law school Sed put his foot down (ikr?). It came down to her choosing between her love for him and her dream career.

But neither Sed or Jessica are happy. He is successful and she is attending college but neither has given their heart to another in the two years since they split.

I love love love stories like this. When Jessica and Sed see one another again the sparks are off the charts. There is no denying they still feel a physical attraction.

Then disaster strikes and a scandal breaks. Once Jessica thinks her her potential law career is dead in the water she goes on tour as an assistant to Brian, the guitarists wife, Myrna.  But when Jessica tries to manipulate Sed, and he does the same to her, things get sticky. I really wanted to just shake the both of them. To make them see that they were making a mistake by using their past against each other.

They try to convince themselves and everyone else that it's just a physical thing when it's anything but. Their friends work to try to convince both Sed and Jessica that they were never really over. That their relationship is not just a game. When Sed's health fails they both see how hurtful they were and Jessica becomes determined to get her life back. With Sed in it.

This book is full of hot sex, funny and yummy guys and it was a nice read when I wanted to dive into a different world.
